The University of Delaware Men’s Tennis Program is seeking a Volunteer Assistant Coach to help foster a positive environment for our student-athletes, supporting their athletic development, personal growth, and preparation for life beyond college.
Responsibilities:
Assist in training, practice planning, and player evaluation
Coach at some/most practices, and home competitions; lead practices on campus when head coach is away.
Support game-day operations, film review, and recruit campus visits
Contribute to program communications and engagement through social media platforms
Perform additional duties as assigned, in compliance with NCAA, C-USA, and University regulations
Requirements:
Collegiate or professional playing experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Strong interest in pursuing a career in college coaching
Available to be on campus no later than mid January 2026
