Vision SC 45/60 SL Wheels – What’s New?

The SC 45 SL and SC 60 SL are the latest evolution of Vision’s Service Course (SC) line—reworked from the hub shell out. At the core is Vision’s new V-600 hub, featuring a 54-tooth Power Ratchet System (PRS) for faster engagement and smooth power transfer. It features the same internals found in Vision’s top-tier Metron wheels, now available at a more affordable price.

V-600 Hub Details

The forged shell and oversized helical ratchet are designed for strength, durability, and minimal drag. It’s similar to the driver used on the FSA mountain bike wheels.

Internal parts are precision-machined using a power skiving process to achieve tight tolerances, and the entire hub is sealed to ensure reliable operation between 14°F and 140°F (-10°C and +60°C).

The PRS hub is available in both straight-pull and J-bend configurations, meaning riders can spec these wheels to match their frame or drivetrain preference (Shimano, SRAM XDR, or Microspline).

Maintenance Made Easy

Each V-600 hub features a QR code laser-etched on the shell, linking directly to an online spare parts manual. Additionally, Vision’s global support network comprises four headquarters and 40 service centers across the United States, Europe, Asia, and China.
