According to a report from ABC Eyewitness News, Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Walker Buehler was the victim of a robbery at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia during the weekend.
Buehler and his wife, McKenzie, were reportedly surrounded by a group of people, leading to someone allegedly unbuttoning Buehler’s shirt sleeve and stealing his watch.
The Dodgers are currently engaged in the National League Division Series against the San Diego Padres. Following a split of the first two games in Los Angeles, the teams are now heading to San Diego for a critical Game 3 on Tuesday, followed by Game 4 on Wednesday.
Buehler is slated to start Game 3 against Michael King of the Padres, with Game 4 serving as an elimination matchup.
