Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader Grim Darkness Release Date
Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader’s Grim Darkness mode is now available on PC, with a console release coming later. Activating the mode forces players to live with the consequences of their actions, where losing in battle can mark the end of your journey.
Console co-op for Rogue Trader is in the final stages of development, expected before the end of the year. The Grim Darkness mode is planned for console release soon after.
Completion of the campaign while playing in Grim Darkness mode earns you the “There Is Only War…” achievement and a powerful amulet for future playthroughs.
Grim Darkness mode is unaffected by difficulty and saves can be converted to regular saves at any point, although the process is irreversible. Forfeiting the mode in case of death means missing out on the associated achievement and amulet.
