Chennedy Carter , former Chicago Sky point guard, seemed to be happy with Courtney Vandersloot’s season-ending injury. Vandersloot, who signed with the Sky during the offseason and showed plenty of promise in her debut for the team, suffered an ACL tear, which basically ends her season with Chicago.
Vandersloot was touted to be Carter’s replacement, who played for the Chicago Sky in the previous season. However, she was not signed for another season with the Sky, which left Carter bitter about the whole thing.
