We’ve got a full slate of WNBA action today. After the Sparks picked up a road win in Indiana and Minnesota beat the Valkyries, we now turn to two home favorites and one road favorite on the schedule.

Let’s get into the matchups:

WNBA NEWS: Kelsey Plum is Indiana Fever’s biggest nemesis – her record vs. Caitlin Clark’s team is insane

Seattle Storm at New York Liberty

The Seattle Storm are off to an 11-7 start this season, led by the scoring and veteran presence of Skylar Diggins-Smith and Nneka Ogwumike. The Storm have won seven of their last ten games and sit third in the Western Conference. They remain one of the top three-point shooting teams in the league, hitting nearly 36 percent from beyond the arc.

New York is 12-5, though the Liberty have gone just 5-5 in their last ten games after starting the season 7-0. They’re coming off a home win over the Sparks on Thursday. New York leads the league in scoring at nearly 88 points per game, with Breanna Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu combining for 39.2 points per contest.

Las Vegas Aces at Connecticut Sun

This should be a chance for Becky Hammon and the Aces to bounce back. Las Vegas is coming off a rough performance earlier in the week in Indianapolis and sits at 8-9 on the season. A’ja Wilson continues to dominate with 22.1 points per game, but the Aces need more consistent production across their lineup.

The Connecticut Sun have dropped three of their last four games. They most recently lost by 39 points on the road against the Minnesota Lynx. The Sun will hope their recent time off helped improve an offense that ranks last in the WNBA at just 71.1 points per game. Connecticut is shooting only 39.3 percent from the field.

Chicago Sky at Minnesota Lynx

Angel Reese headlines the final game of the day. Tyler Marsh’s Chicago Sky have struggled to a 5-11 record this season. They won their last game a week ago in Los Angeles. Reese continues to impress, averaging 12.4 points and 12.6 rebounds per game.

Minnesota is currently the best team in the league. While the Lynx lost the Commissioner’s Cup final on Tuesday, they bounced back with an 82-71 win over the Valkyries on Saturday. In the regular season, Minnesota is running away with the Western Conference at 16-2.

Enjoy today’s action!
