Shatori Walker-Kimbrough led Washington with 19 points, followed by Ariel Atkins with 18 points and Emily Engstler with 10 points.
Despite a strong start from the Mystics, Plum’s performance turned the game in favor of the Aces.
Young and Plum extended the Aces’ lead in the second half, securing a comfortable win.
Next, the Mystics will face the Minnesota Lynx while the Aces will take on the Dallas Wings.
Connecticut dominate Minnesota
DeWanna Bonner led the Connecticut Sun to a thrilling 78-73 win against the Minnesota Lynx.
This victory marked the Sun’s fifth consecutive win over the Lynx this season.
Bonner scored 24 points and secured nine rebounds, helping Connecticut bounce back from previous losses.
Alyssa Thomas impressed with 14 assists, while DiJonai Carrington added 17 points for Connecticut.
The Lynx will face the Mystics next, while Connecticut will host the Atlanta Dream.
