Cameron Brink played 19 games in the 2025 season, averaging 5.1 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.4 blocks. She missed the first half of the campaign as she recovered from the left ACL tear she suffered in 2024.
It was an overall positive development for Brink despite the Sparks missing the postseason with a 21-23 win-loss record. After all, she did show flashes of the defensive brilliance that made her the No. 2 pick of the 2024 draft, such as her five-block performance against the Indiana Fever in August.

Unfortunately for Brink, she did have some bad moments. In fact, in the final game of the regular season against the Las Vegas Aces last September, she broke her nose after getting elbowed in the face by NaLyssa Smith.

Brink was left bloodied as a result of the incident, and she had to exit the floor and miss the remainder of the contest.
Now, three months after suffering the facial injury, the Sparks big is taking no risks as she prepares for the second season of Unrivaled and her third season in the WNBA.

On Friday, Brink revealed that she is getting a custom face mask to wear whenever she plays. She plans to wear the face mask for a year, even joking that she doesn’t want to break her nose before her wedding.
“I will be in this mask for a year- not risking breaking my nose again before my wedding!!!!!” Brink wrote, along with a video of herself getting fitted for the equipment.
Unrivaled Season 2 kicks off on Jan. 5, so the wait to see Brink in a face mask shouldn’t be long.

As for her wedding date, Brink has yet to confirm when she and her fiancé, Ben Felter, will get married. The two got engaged in September 2024, and based on recent interviews, Brink is already in the planning stages and has even hired a wedding planner to assist her.
