According to ESPN, the Indiana Fever All-Star point guard is part of an ownership group aiming to bring a National Women’s Soccer League expansion team to Cincinnati.
The ownership group, which also represents MLS team FC Cincinnati, expressed excitement about Clark joining their efforts to bring a women’s professional soccer team to the city.
More developments in the sports world include potential expansion teams in cities like Cleveland, Denver, Nashville, and Philadelphia. The NWSL is set to grow to 16 teams by 2026, with a new team in Boston already confirmed.
