LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Kentucky Women’s Tennis program added three signees to help propel the future of the program, as announced by Head Coach Shelley Jaudon on Wednesday. Donna Le Roux signed an agreement and will join the team for competition this upcoming spring 2026, and Georgia Kulevich and Norina Bak Szabo also signed agreements on National Signing Day and will join the program in the fall of 2026.

Le Roux, Kulevich, and Bak Szabo will all bring unique styles of play and experience to the team. All have experience playing high-level tennis in their respective countries, and are super excited to join the Wildcat women’s program.

Detailed information on the signees can be found below:

Donna Le Roux

Hometown: Bloemfontein, South Africa

High School: Oranje girlschool

Other Accomplishments: Represented SA at the 2025 women Billie Jean King Cup and the 2025 African Jr. Championships (fifth place finish), ITF Junior ranking of No. 164, career high ITF Singles ranking of No. 874, National Jr. ranking of No. 1, National Women’s ranking of No. 7.

“The University of Kentucky is a place where I can grow as a student and as an athlete. I enjoyed the positivity of the coaches and how much they care about each player and the UK family. The tennis and academic programs are outstanding, and I know I will develop in both areas,” said Le Roux. “Kentucky will give me an experience I will never forget. Beyond the tennis where I will compete at a high level, I feel that Kentucky is a place that will make me feel the closest to home, with all the support from the coaches and the team. I am excited to represent Kentucky and become part of something truly special!”

Georgia Kulevich

Hometown: Marblehead, Massachusetts, USA

High School: Laurel Springs School

Other Accomplishments: Five star recruit nationally, best National Jr. ranking of No. 17.

“From the second I step foot on campus and met the coaches and team it felt like home,” said Kulevich. “Kentucky tennis, to me, is a place where I can grow and develop not only as a student-athlete but also as a person and do so in a program that has built such a close-knit culture that really feels like family .”

Norina Bak Szabo

Hometown: Budapest, Hungary

High School:  Budapest Baptista Gimnázium, Technikum és Sportiskola

Other Accomplishments: Represented Hungary in 2022 in the European Youth Olympic Festival, 4x in the Summer-and Winter Cups, and 3x in the European Championships, won an ITF Junior Title in singles, and four in doubles, has been ranked No. 1 in National Juniors and No. 7 in Women’s National.

“I chose Kentucky for what they represent as a team. The Wildcats are working together not just as a team, but as a family. To be a part of this kind of hardworking team is such an honor, and an experience that I’m so excited for,” said Bak Szabo. “Having an opportunity to play in such a high-level conference like the SEC is everything and more, and is a dream that I can’t wait to live for the next four years. I’m so grateful that the coaches of University of Kentucky chose me to represent what they stand and fight for, I will give my all for the Wildcats.”
