BUFFALO, NY – The Buffalo State women’s soccer team dropped their home opener against the Geneseo Knights this afternoon with a final score of 4-0 at the friendly confines of Coyer Field.

Geneseo got the scoring started early as they moved around the Bengal defense for an open goal.
The Knights were able to tack on a pair of goals before the half expired.
Buffalo State couldn’t find an answer to Geneseo’s defense despite multiple efforts.
Geneseo tacked on one more goal and cruised to their first win of the season.
The Knights outshot the Bengals 16-5 overall.
