Addy Williams (Grapevine, TX/Grapevine) and Taylor Clisson (Syracuse, NY/Solvay) combined for four saves in goal in the effort.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Geneseo got the scoring started early as they moved around the Bengal defense for an open goal.
The Knights were able to tack on a pair of goals before the half expired.
Buffalo State couldn’t find an answer to Geneseo’s defense despite multiple efforts.
Geneseo tacked on one more goal and cruised to their first win of the season.
The Knights outshot the Bengals 16-5 overall.

Geneseo needed to make just two saves to secure the shutout.
