The upcoming episodes in the series will cover various topics such as body image, money, kit, menopause, and sexism. Guests will include Paralympic taekwondo champion Amy Truesdale and Great Britain rugby sevens player Ellie Boatman.
The first series, which aired in 2023 and was hosted by Olympic gold medallist Sam Quek, touched on topics like activism, ACLs, motherhood, success, periods, and coaching. Guests featured former Lioness Ellen White, Rugby World Cup winner Maggie Alphonsi, Alice Dearing, the first black female swimmer to represent GB at the Olympics, and Hannah Mills, the two-time Olympic gold medal-winning sailor.
