We will give you three weeks of good mileage, and then begin to build to the Spring 2025 season.
Our program is for 800m to 5,000m.
Today will be a nice warm up,
50 minute hilly run, moderate pace, push the hills a bit if you feel up to it,
cool down,
always hydrate.
Make plans for your spring. Write down on your iPhone, iPad, postcard, your goals for the season and read them, each and every day. Dreams are fulfilled through hard work!
