Tournament organizer BLAST has officially partnered with Supercell’s mobile hit – Brawl Stars – to create an improved ecosystem for the game’s professional scene. The Danish company signed a multi-year deal that promises $2 million in prize pools, 32 broadcast days per year, and a new circuit for fans to enjoy.

A New Era for Brawl Stars Esports

The agreement states that BLAST will operate six seasons of Brawl Stars tournaments. They’ve decided to split these events across two cycles – Spring and Summer.

Each Split begins with three months of online play, allowing teams to compete for the top from the comfort of their homes. The system supports more than 190 countries, divided into five primary regions: EMEA, NA, SA, APAC, and CN.

After online play, the best teams from each region will qualify for a LAN finals event. We’ll witness the first international event at the Brawl Cup, which will run in May 2026. As usual, the year is going to end with the Brawl Stars World Finals, ensuring only the best Brawl Stars players participate.

BLAST: Organizer with a Proven Track Record Expands into Mobile Esports

BLAST is one of the leading tournament organizers in PC esports, hosting some of the largest Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, and Rainbow Six Siege tournaments. These events are generally well-received, as BLAST has some of the highest production quality in the industry.

Supercell’s esports lead, Kim Jensen, said the goal is to take “big swings,” and BLAST’s infrastructure and experience are set to allow the game to start 2026 with a bang.

A Huge Cash Injection for Brawl Stars Esports

Over the past eight years, Brawl Stars esports has accumulated a little over $9.1 million in total prize money across 210 tournaments. With BLAST’s deal promising an extra $2 million in prize pool, we’re looking at roughly a 22% increase to the scene in a single move.

This hefty injection could inspire the next generation of Brawl Stars players to take the game more seriously and give professional play a shot.
