There will be times you’re grinding, working odd hours and long days. ResponsibilitiesThe role will be approximately 60% focused on sales and marketing, with the remaining 40% of responsibility focused on trip planning, coordination, and operations. Some examples of what you will be doing:
Sales and Marketing
● Management of digital ads on Meta, Google, and other platforms.● Generating and managing sales leads; maintaining a CRM.● Attending in-person tennis events to spread awareness of Atlas.● Working on partnerships with different organizations to help boost brand awareness.● Creating and editing digital and physical marketing material—social media posts, YouTube videos, physical brochures, etc. Operations● Putting our trips together: booking flights, hotels, ground transportation, organizing tennis tournaments and practices, etc.● Overseeing our trip operations: managing coaches, coaching our players, guiding the off-court character development programming of our trips, and ensuring every player on an Atlas Tennis trip has an unforgettable experience!
Requirements
● Bachelors’ Degree● Very strong knowledge of tennis● International travel experience and comfort navigating through different countries● USTA SafePlay Certification (can be obtained after hiring)● Valid Drivers License and willingness to drive in different countries
Non-required qualifications
● Experience with digital advertising, including working with Meta and Google Ads● Sales experience of any kind● Speaks a second language (Spanish, French, Italian, German, Dutch, or another European language)● Experience planning group travel● Ability to drive manual transmission vehicle● Experience with bookkeeping software like Quickbooks, payroll software like Paychex, and CRM platforms like Hubspot● Ability to work, at least occasionally, in person with our Director in New York City.
Compensation
● Compensation will be determined by the applicant’s qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, and their unique skills. The position is bonus eligible.
