JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida women’s soccer hits the road for the first time since Aug. 18 as the Ospreys make the short trip up to Statesboro, Ga. to take on Georgia Southern Thursday, Sept. 5 with kickoff set for 6 p.m.
The match was originally set to be played at Hodges Stadium, but due to expected inclement weather and current field conditions it will now be played in Statesboro, Ga. Stay tuned on UNF social channels for an update on whether or not the match will be streamed, live stats will be provided.
It will be the ninth meeting between the two teams as the Ospreys look for a first victory over the Eagles since 2015. A victory for UNF on Thursday would even the all-time series at four wins apiece with both sides drawing once, back in 2016 in a game that went to double overtime.
