SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The Notre Dame women’s tennis head coach Alison Silverio has bolstered her lineup ahead of the spring 2026 campaign. Joining the Fighting Irish will be early enrollee Gabriella (Ella) Rawles. A 5-10 righty out of Bradenton, Florida, Rawles links up with the Blue & Gold for the start of the spring semester after graduating early from ICL Academy.
“We are thrilled to officially welcome Gabriella Rawles to the Notre Dame family. Gabriella brings an incredible attitude and a competitive spirit that aligns with our team culture. Her ability, focus, and commitment will continue to push this unit forward,” Silverio explained. “We can’t wait to see her bring that Irish determination to the courts. Let’s get to work, Gabriella!
Rawles is a five-star recruit who was nationally ranked as high as No. 15 in the class of 2026. She brings a lot of success to South Bend, a winner of two ITF junior titles – a singles title in Colombia and a doubles crown in Canada.
She compiled a 21-14 singles record in UTR events in 2025, which included winning the Battle of Boca women’s open singles title in April.
