England dominated tournament hosts Lithuania in their first group match at the UEFA Women’s U-19 Championship.
John Griffiths’ team quickly established a three-goal lead within the first 15 minutes. Poppy Pritchard scored the first goal after Mia Bose’s shot was saved.
Katy Watson scored the second goal after a run into the box, while Michelle Agyemang added the third from close range.
In a goal box scramble from a corner, Agyemang scored again from a close distance, and Pritchard doubled her tally with a post shot from Watson’s pass, leading to a 5-0 lead at halftime.
