ESPN has reached contract extensions with Tim Legler, Kendrick Perkins, Monica McNutt, and Chiney Ogwumike.
Legler’s role will be expanded to include serving as a television game analyst on ESPN along with his current appearances on SportsCenter and Get Up.
Perkins will now be featured on ABC editions of NBA Countdown as well as his previous responsibilities.
McNutt will remain an analyst for NBA and WNBA live events and studio coverage, making regular appearances on Get Up, First Take, SportsCenter, and Hoop Streams. She will also continue as one of ESPN’s NBA sideline reporters.
Ogwumike will continue as a studio analyst for NBA, WNBA, and women’s college basketball games and studio coverage.
The main studio team for “NBA Countdown” on ABC includes host Malika Andrews and analysts Stephen A. Smith, Bob Myers, and Perkins.
