Scottish Women’s Football awards raise £1,000 for North Ayrshire Women’s Aid thanks to Arran: Sense of Scotland

North Ayrshire Women’s Aid is set to receive a £1,000 boost thanks to funds raised at the Scottish Women’s Football Awards held at Hampden.

During the event, a luxurious bath and body gift set donated by Arran: Sense of Scotland was raffled off to support the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.

Scottish Women’s Football CEO Aileen Campbell commented, “Scottish Women’s Football is honored to support the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence by donating to North Ayrshire Women’s Aid.

“We understand that for many women, football provides a safe and supportive environment, fostering camaraderie and improving overall well-being. By creating spaces where women and girls can live free from violence, abuse, and discrimination, we can work towards eliminating gender-based violence. Organizations like Women’s Aid play a crucial role in achieving this goal.”
