We have you covered for all of tonight’s UFC 324 results, including the featured prelim between Umar Nurmagomedov and Deiveson Figueiredo.
Nurmagomedov (20-1 MMA) will be competing for the first time since scoring a unanimous decision victory over Mario Bautista at October’s UFC 321 event in Abu Dhabi. Prior to that triumph, ‘Young Eagle’ was coming off the first loss of his professional career which he suffered to Merab Dvalishvili at UFC 311.
Meanwhile, Deiveson Figueiredo (25-6-1 MMA) most previously competed in October of last year, where he scored a split decision victory over Montel Jackson. That win snapped a two-fight losing skid for ‘Daico’, as he had previously suffered defeats to Cory Sandhagen and Petr Yan respectively.

Round one of the UFC 324 featured prelim begins and Deiveson Figueiredo quickly takes the center of the Octagon. Umar Nurmagomedov throws and lands a body kick. He follows that up with a low kick. A front kick to the body sends ‘Daico’ back a couple of feet. He resets and throws a low kick which is checked rather easily. ‘Figgy’ with a right hand that partially connects. Umar with another front kick to the body. The fighters clinch and Umar lands a nice uppercut and left hook on the break. Another solid front kick to the body by Umar Nurmagomedov. ‘Figgy’ answers with a body kick. Umar shoots for a takedown. He gets it, but Deiveson Figueiredo quickly scrambles back up to his feet and gets back to range. Umar misses with a body kick. He shoots in again and this time slams the Brazilian down to the canvas. One minute remains as Nurmagomedov begins to work from full guard position. Some short punches by Umar. Deiveson is doing a good job of avoiding any real damage. Nurmagomedov postures up and lands some decent hammer fists to close out the opening round.
Round two of the UFC 324 featured prelim begins and Umar Nurmagomedov throws out a front kick that misses. He lands a follow up kick to the body. Deiveson Figueiredo throws a right over the top. Umar slips and now the Brazilian looks to lock up a choke. Umar scrambles and is able to get back to his feet and back to range. A body kick and then a short right hand from Nurmagomedov. He follows that up with a low kick. A high kick grazes the chin of ‘Daico’. Umar goes to the body with a kick. He once again tries for a head kick and just misses the mark. One minute remains and the crowd is beginning to grow restless. Umar Nurmagomedov comes forward with a 1-2. He forces the clinch but is unable to get Deiveson to the floor. A nice left hand from the former flyweight champ. A right hand now. He’s woken up here. The horn sounds to end round two.
The third and final round of this bantamweight contest begins and Umar Nurmagomedov comes forward with early pressure. He lands a nice body kick as Deiveson Figueiredo circles along the fence. Another body kick. Umar with a pair of jabs, but both miss. Nurmagomedov shoots and easily scores a takedown. Three minutes remain in the fight. Some short shots from Umar. ‘Daico’ needs to get back to his feet to have any chance here. Not a ton of action, but Nurmagomedov is able to pass to half guard. He lands an elbow and then moves to side control. Deiveson Figueiredo quickly regains half guard. The horn sounds to end the fight.
