ORLANDO, Fla. – Three Fighting Irish from the men’s and women’s Notre Dame tennis teams invade Orlando to compete in the NCAA Individual Championships. The quest to become the NCAA Singles or Doubles champion kicks off on Tuesday, November 18, at the USTA National Campus. Representing the men’s side in the singles bracket is senior Sebastian Dominko. On the women’s side, sophomore Bianca Molnar qualified for both the singles & doubles brackets. In the latter, she is paired with senior Bojana Pozder.

Important to note for all fans following along – all matches will be streamed by Cracked Racquets and will appear on ESPN+.

Dominko’s Round of 64 gets underway on Tuesday at Noon ET against Max Dahlin of Michigan. Dominko qualified after securing three straight ranked wins at ITA Sectionals. The three-time All-American has punched his ticket to the NCAA Singles Championships for all four years in college.

Molnar’s Round of 64 also starts Tuesday, but at 11 a.m. ET against No. 9-16 seed Anastasiia Gureva of Georgia.

Molnar & Pozder punched their respective tickets at the ITA Midwest Regionals. The duo claimed the ITA Midwest Doubles crown, becoming the first Fighting Irish tandem to win that since Kelcy Tefft and Kristy Frilling in 2008. Molnar then finished as a runner-up in the singles draw, thus earning entry there as well.

No. 5-8 seed Molnar & Pozder will start their doubles journey on Wednesday against Iowa State’s Stanislava Shulzhenko & Maria de la Paz Alberto. Time is still TBD.
